Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Digital Product Service! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, because all our products are digital downloads (instant PDF files like coloring books and printable templates), they are non-tangible goods that cannot be returned once delivered.

General Policy

  • Digital products are non-refundable in most cases once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.
  • No refunds for change of mind, after successful download, or if the product matches the description and previews shown on the website.
  • Refunds are not issued for printing issues (variations due to printer, paper, or ink), personal preferences, or failure to use the file correctly.

Exceptions – When We May Offer a Refund We understand that sometimes genuine issues arise. We will consider refunds or alternatives on a case-by-case basis if:

  • There is a technical problem (e.g., corrupted file, download link not working, wrong file delivered) – report within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product is significantly different from what was advertised (major error in content) – reported within 48 hours.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue (attach screenshots if possible).
  3. We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved:

  • We may resend the file, provide a replacement product, or issue a refund (minus any payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
